Ricky's 1st Birthday

This past weekend we traveled to Independence, MO for our nephew's 1st birthday. We had a great day and a good visit with the family.

I thought this was really funny. When the cake came out, all the kids hovered around it like little vultures! It was cute!

Happy 50th Barbie

Barbie is turning 50 this year! I received this in an email this morning, thought I would share. Glad to see she has been taking care of herself all these years!

The next adventure for us

This is the house that we put a contract on. We are completely excited and thankful for God's provision in our life. This has been a long and trying process to reverse some bad decisions that were made and repair ourselves economically, but God has blessed us and surrounded us with some awesome people and now...we can finally buy a house!! Just wanted to share this with you all!!! Look back soon for before and after pictures of some of the things that we are going to be doing!!!

Wrestle Mania Party

Sunday night was the 25th Anniversary of Wrestle Mania, so we had some friends over to have a Wrestle Mania Party. Fun stuff!

Bissel Mansion: Murder Mystery Dinner Theater

This past Friday night, I was feeling a little spontaneous, and wanted to try something different, so I came across Bissel Mansion, which is a Murder Mystery Dinner Theater. I was Cordillea Walker: Texas Ranger, and Mark was Goober Pile: Sheriff's Deputy. We had a great time and lots of laughs!!
